Come out for the Day of HOPE—a day of family-friendly fun with your community! Festivities will include an all-day Concert in the Park, vendors/crafters, Excalibur Obstacle Course, Bounce House, Dunk Tank, a 5k Run4HOPE, and a Suicide Prevention Poker Run.
September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and we will have many other local resources on site that day as well.
Day of HOPE is hosted by No Way Out Ministries to help raise awareness and funds to help individuals who are battling depression and suicidal thoughts find HOPE. No Way Out Ministries is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Medals will be awarded to the first place winners in each age category. Each participant will receive a raffle ticket for prizes; additional tickets can be purchased. Register online up through September 14, or register at Cooper Field on race day. Entry fee is $30. Race-day registration at the Cooper Field pavilion begins at 8:30 a.m., and the run will begin at 9:30 a.m. Pre-register online today! If you prefer, you may download a sponsor sheet / registration form and register by mail or simply bring it with you on the day of the event.
Suicide Prevention Poker Run
Calling all bikers! The Suicide Prevention Poker Run will depart from Cooper Field promptly at 9 a.m. The cost is $15/driver and $5/passenger. Your may register the day of the event from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m., or register in advance by emailing email@example.com (put “Suicide Prevention Poker Run” in the subject line). A map will be provided.
Fun for All Ages
There will be plenty of fun for the kiddos as they race through the 30-foot long Excaliber obstacle course to the double slide at the end. There’s a bounce house, too.
And the whole family can take turns dunking their favorite pastor in the dunk tank!
Vendor space is available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost for a 10’x10′ space is $30 and an additional $10 if you need electricity. Nonprofit spaces are $15. Payment must be received by September 13, 2018. For details, see vendor form.
