There are many ways that you can make a difference and help a hurting person find hope.
Share your own story of life after depression.
Telling your story of healing and recovery can encourage someone else who’s in pain. Share it in person at an event, on our website, or write an article for our Inspiration Blog.
Provide support at No Way Out′s events.
Host or organize an outreach or fund-raising event or a group activity. Or help staff an event by helping with set-up and tear-down, ushering, working a resource or registration table, etc.
Mentor people in crisis.
Nurture a one-on-one relationship with a hurting person and let them know they’re not alone. We’ll provide training resources.
Offer professional services.
Are you a licensed counselor, psychologist, doctor, addiction counselor, or pastor? Let’s talk about how you can be part of No Way Out’s support network.
Be a link between No Way Out and your church.
Place No Way Out’s rack cards and event flyers in your church and be our point of contact with your pastor and congregation.
Pray for the hurting to be drawn to No Way Out and for their chains to be broken by the good news of Jesus Christ; for wisdom, compassion, and refreshing for our volunteers and board; and for the overcoming of obstacles as we carry out our mission.
Make a one-time tax-deductible donation or consider a monthly sponsorship. A gift of $60 funds a one-hour counseling session with a professional.
